Trust in the Process of Life

Trust is having the faith and confidence that by taking the appropriate action, you will be supported and successful in attaining your goal. Certain emotions like fear, worry and lack of confidence may hold you back from taking that leap of faith. On a scale of 1-10, how bad do you want it? Ask yourself if you are you willing to put the time in? Are you willing to seek the support you need to be successful? Most importantly believe you are capable of attaining your goal. In fact it helps to visualize seeing your-self already having succeeded in being successful. How would that feel? See it, feel it, be it. Your desire is equal to your success.

Are you willing to give up something old to achieve your vision and obtain something new? Years ago I was camping in Yosemite National Park. One evening, while resting by the camp fire under a sky filled with stars I had a realization. How unimportant the problems of my New York City life was, compared to the peace of mind I was experiencing in nature. I was immediately motivated to quit my job in real-estate, which I was making lots of money at and trust in the process.

I gravitated from New York to Northern California where I settled. My trust in the process of life led me to a small town where I bought land and built a house. I went back to school and received a Masters and Doctorate degree. I became the person I was meant to be by not allowing the fears of the unknown to lead me. I had accepted the feeling of not knowing my exact future and trusted in the knowledge that life is an adventure and things always work out. The most important thing is to have faith and a positive attitude.
